Brief Report and Remarks: The Johnson & Phillips cable, recently standardised is electrically good, but the makers cannot guarantee to work to our dimensions. The B.I. Neoprene has completed all our tests and has proved itself to be in every way as good as the above. The British Insulated Cables Ltd., guarantee to work to our limits.
