Mr. Hancock from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson} X5520 17-G-4. We are contemplating drilling a hole in the high pressure valve in the 20 HP. rear shock absorbers in order to reduce the possibility of knocks from these dampers. Will you please drill the high pressure valves on the 10,000 miles car and tell us what effect the drilled valves have on the road holding of the car. We suggest that you start with one .062" hole in each high pressure valve and then if the road holding of the car is reasonable, drill a second .062" hole. Attached is a print shewing where the hole should be drilled. If the .062" hole affects the xxxxxxxx car control too much, will you please reduce the size of the hole until you get reasonable results. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson} | ||
