Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}" to be tested by Ransome & Marles Bearing Co., Ltd., we understood that you were satisfied after extended tests as to its capability to withstand extreme pressures, and merely required confirmation that bearings would not be affected adversely by any chemical action that might take place due to the special characteristics of the oil. We are asking our Mr. J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Russell Sharp to come up to Derby to discuss the matter with you, as we are most anxious to settle any queries you may have as quickly as possible, and would appreciate it if you would kindly let us know the date and time that would best suit your convenience.
