We see no reason whatever why R.R.A.I. should be treated any differently to any other of our Service Depots. In fact, as they are taking more of our cars than any other outside Depot, we ought to make a special effort to see that they get help of useful information as soon as anybody. The file referred to by C. has been sent out to all other Depots, therefore we consider it ought to go to U.S.A.
