Thanks for E.3/HP.27.2.35. I am very pleased to note that you propose to incorporate on No.5 SpectreCodename for Phantom III all features possible for the elimination of noise such as those detailed in your memo.
I am asking the Coachbuilding Dept. to study this matter to see whether we cannot introduce some or all of these features on bodies for present type chassis.
