BENTLEY 111 - CHASSIS 9-B-V.{VIENNA} REAR EXHAUST PIPE SUPPORTS.

Please receive herewith :-

E.CD.983 Rear Silencer Supports - Bentley 111.

These supports are for use on chassis 9.B.V. only, to suit the experimental exhaust system produced by the Experimental Department.

Later designs will be issued for future cars along with the designs of the complete exhaust system for Bentley 111.

The parts should be produced by Experimental Department, without details, particulars to be taken direct from the Design drawing, as one set only is required.

The reason for these new supports is, that the battery cross member from which the existing support is carried will have to be removed from the chassis to clear the revised coachwork now being produced by Park Wards for this car.

Will HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} please arrange for the new parts to be made and fitted.
