Attached is a sample of gauze which we recommend for petrol filters. It is made of Monelmetal and is much less liable to corrode than the present copper gauze. The sample we send you came to us from America. We should like you to make inquiries on this side to see whether similar material can be obtained.

We have R's agreement to using this in the petrol filters.
