Huckerby} Dear Sirs, We have received your letter of the 24th instant, in reference to modified hose connections illustrated by your drawing E.C.D.946, and we note that the alteration consists of an additional 2" to the straight portion of the former part number E.B.3715. Unfortunately we find that we cannot produce hose connections to your drawing number E.W.2007 as the present formers will not allow an 2" extension on part number E.B.3715 at one end only, but we could if necessary supply 2" longer by adding 1" at each end. If you are unable to accept our suggestion, we shall find it necessary to procure additional shapers at a cost of 10/-d, and we hope you will let us have your reply by return of post, advising your instructions.
