P.III. HYDRAULIC JACKS.

With reference to memo. E/Lid.{A. J. Lidsey}1/HP.7.5.36. we have of course, no experience of what these controls would be like under the conditions mentioned. We will however, carry out the instructions given, namely that the tails of the arrows be covered with black enamel.
