c. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies} Dst. 800b 16th. February 1939. BY.12/N. Messrs. Park Ward & Co.Ltd., 473, High Road, Willesden, London N.W.10. Dear Sirs, Re: Chassis 3.B.50. Please receive herewith a blueprint of DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}2288 - Arrangement of Instrument Board. The above print shews the instrument board we wish to fit to 3.B.50. We hope you have not cut the instrument board similar to 2.B.50 for this chassis, however, if you have will you please make another one to agree with this drawing, but leave out the Ferranti Wireless set controls. In their place we should like to fit an ashtray similar to the ones used on Wolseley Super Six which are interchangeable with the Ferranti controls. We will send the ashtray as soon as possible. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. CHIEF ENGINEER - CHASSIS. | ||
