CONTINUATION TO Messrs. Rolls-Royce Limited. DATE 18th December 1935 PAGE 2

Naturally, any information that we pass to you we should have to ask you to regard as in the strictest confidence, and we on our part would undertake to so deal with any information we may gather from you.

It was arranged that when we have your confirmation and the engine is ready that your Research Engineer should come along to our works so that we could show him our arrangements for testing engines. We shall be only too pleased to help you in every way we possibly can and give you any necessary information to enable you to satisfactorily carry out your tests.

We would like to record our appreciation of the courtesy shown to us and we hope that such an arrangement will be mutually satisfactory, as we are confident will be the case.

Yours faithfully,
p.p. NORTON MOTORS LIMITED.
