SHOULDER "B" HAS TO ENTER WASHER "A" WHEN CHANGING FROM 2ND TO 3RD.

A SMALL ERROR IN THE BEDDING OF THE FACE "C" ON TO THE "GATE" CASTING ALLOWS "B" TO CATCH AGAINST EDGE OF HOLE IN "A".
