RM.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}S/ML. 27.12.40. K.S.Gimson, Esq., British United Shoe Machine Co.Ltd., Union Works, Belgrave Road, LEICESTER. Dear Mr. Gimson, Thank you for your letter of the 17th. December. We are trying out a cradle casting in secondary grade aluminium, and if this is successful, it will mean that we shall not have to use first grade material for the production order. In the meantime, we will keep you supplied with castings and see that you have sufficient to maintain production. I am still trying to get somebody from the B.M.C. to come and see you. Yours sincerely, Dictated but not read by Mr. W.A.Robotham. | ||
