372 10th October 1938 compared with leather will be about thirty to forty pounds lighter. ( As you know I am influenced by the question of weight, but it will be rather pleasant knowing that the hood will be considerably cheaper than the very highclass leather one that was contracted for. ) As Mr. Chambers points out even going through the Post these patterns have slightly creased so that we shall have to be very careful about this. I am glad to hear from Captain Withers that the work is progressing favourably but that you will not want to see Mrs. Bilbrough, roughly speaking, for another week. I presume it will be after this, because I gather that you will not want to be at the Works during Motor Show, so I suppose it will be sometime after that is over. Yours faithfully, | ||
