Dear Sirs,
We beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 1st inst., with reference to the trouble you are having with Hobson K-S Telegages fitted to a number of your customers' cars.
From the symptoms which you describe, regarding excessive over-night loss, we should say that these gauges are undoubtedly faulty as regards air pumping, and we must certainly replace the units.
We feel confident that the procedure which you are carrying out, (as described in our literature), with regard to drying the air line, is perfectly satisfactory, and that this is not the cause of the trouble.
