-2- (7) Oil consumption was doing 300 M.P.G. at start, has now come to approx. 800 M.P.G. Owner believes he has obtained it by curing leaks. Six of these complaints should not have occurred. The owner was naturally put out, but strangely enough was very pleased with the car generally especially its performance in third gear on the various climbs. Brake Squeaks. Most of these are due to bad bedding of liners, pilot shoe not operative, weak spring. A lot of dope is being collected re this, which I trust will clear the job up. We are going to Kingsbury Wednesday. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/G.W.Hancock. | ||
