2. Pedals. General condition good. Dash Brackets & Footboards. Dashboard cracked in three places and rest angles torn off due to accident. Rear Shock Dampers. Wearing Pads worn and one pitted. Main Lever slightly worn on gland section. Side Steering Tube. Badly bent due to accident. Front Stabiliser. Roll Rod worn on bearing section and rusted, oil holes filled with road dirt. Oil holes filled up in Ball Pin of Lever. Ball Pads worn. Upper Ball Pad fouling on neck of Ball Pin. Off-side tube damaged due to accident. Rear Stabiliser (fitted with Silent-bloc bushes) Bottom of connecting tubes and cap nuts damaged by stones etc. due to road conditions. Connecting tubes severely weakened. Note - latest scheme calls for shorter tubes which should overcome this trouble. Governor Unit. General condition good. Oil Pump. General condition good. Petrol Filter Quantity of road dirt found around cover. It would be difficult to replace cover on filter without picking up a lot of dirt, and would not be able to make a joint. (Later scheme now being fitted overcomes this trouble) Oil & Petrol Piping. General condition good. | ||
