For the attention of Mr. Dunn.

Dear Sirs,

We have received your letter of the 3rd. inst.
for which we thank you, and also the experimental oil cooler
mentioned therein.

Our only criticism of the oil cooler is that
you have not fitted thicker gauge side plates as agreed (this
was done on the first cooler of this type which you supplied
to us). We are however, proceeding to give this cooler a
fatigue test and will return it afterwards for thicker side plates
to be fitted.

With regard to the quotations mentioned in
your letter. As I told you we would be interested in your
figure for the Bentley radiator, and I would like you to confirm
the figure which you gave me of £6. 15. 0d. for the Wraith
radiator complete less shell and shutter assembly.

This figure has given our people here some-
thing to think about and I think that there is a distinct
possibility of us asking you to make this unit if your price
remains in the neighbourhood of the above figure.

We have received the Bentley sample radiator
and shall proceed to run same on a car here.

With regard to oil coolers - we particularly
wish to decide quickly whether a used sound, hand soldered oil
cooler can be converted to the dipped type successfully. We
