from the spring leaves. We have had no previous complaint of this with the latest type springs, and we suggest it is possible that the squeaks are coming either from the bushes in the spring links or the centre bearing bush. You will no doubt wish to go further into this matter.

If the lubrication of these parts is found unsatisfactory and the bearings have become dry, it will be necessary to jack up the chassis in order to allow the lubrication to penetrate to the dry parts.

There is just one other point in connection with the riding of the car, and that is the question of tyre pressures. We strongly recommend reasonable tyre pressure, and for a car of your weight and loading the tyre pressure should be approximately 55 Lbs.
