To WOR.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} from E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} c. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} Sft.{Mr Swift} E.6/HP.2.6.33. re 3 1/2 litre Bentley. Referring to memos Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}2/T.30.5.33 and By.8/G.16.33, the position of the section mentioned as being up against design, namely, Undershields is that we have had one model set of undershields built up to the LeC. drawings and the result has been pronounced very good. There are, however, three small points in which either economies or improvements were suggested, and we have now attended to these and are re-issuing the drawings tomorrow morning. The first 15 chassis can, therefore, be made up from these drawings, and the model already produced. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} | ||
