Messrs Joseph Lucas Ltd.,
Great King Street,
BIRMINGHAM 19

For the attention of Mr.L.G.Toulmin.

Dear Sirs,

Replying to your letter of the 13th inst., reference X/LGT9, we are making arrangements for further moulded coil cases and tops to be sent to you so that you can produce a further quantity of coils type R.R.12 for our experimental test.

With reference to your query regarding head lamps, order No.43001 refers to two head lamps which Mr.Neill is arranging to return to us today for fitting to a special experimental 25/30.HP. chassis. The other order No.44535 refers to a pair of lamps which were badly damaged and were brought personally to yours works by the undersigned. It has now been agreed in conjunction with Mr.Neill that these lamps are not worth repairing and our order No.44535 should therefore be cancelled.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
