To PN.{Mr Northey} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to CWB. c. to BJ. c. to EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} c. to Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} X8980 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/LG6.6.25. OIL CONSUMPTION OF TRIALS CARS. X8980 We are very interested to hear of the consumption of 101-MC and 103-MC. cars. Hecford was at the Works the other day with 29-MC Provincial Trials Car which had completed just over 3,000 miles, the average oil consumption was 1611 m.p.g. We should like the record of oil consumptions to still be continued because it is anticipated that in time the efficiency of the rings for keeping back the oil, will be reduced. We should therefore be greatly obliged if you could arrange to let us have a monthly report of the oil consumption on Trials Cars. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
