1153 HATCH END 1221. ORMIDALE, THE AVENUE, HATCH END, MIDDLESEX. 16th June, 1939 PERSONAL Dear Mr.Robotham, I am labouring under the unpleasant feeling that either you, or R.R. (or both) have formed the opinion that I have either done something I ought not to have done, or failed to do something which I ought to have done, in regard to the negotiations which have been taking place. In view of the particularly long standing cordial relations which have hitherto existed between myself and the Company (since its formation), I naturally find this feeling the reverse of pleasant, and would appreciate an opportunity of either having it completely dispelled, or becoming acquainted with the act or facts which may have engendered it. If you find yourself unable completely to clear away my suspicion, I should be obliged if you would join me for lunch one day at the Station Hotel, to "put me wise" as to the facts. I would run up either Wednesday or Thursday as might be convenient. Yours sincerely, Edgar de Normanville W.A.Robotham,Esq., | ||
