May charging us with one Gear Box Assembly at £17/10/-d.less 15% plus 4/3d. carriage plus 4/9d. packing plus 2/- for a telephone call making £15. 8. 6d. in all. We now have credit for this gear box which was sent back to Pickfords and it is credited at £17. 10. 0d. less 15% less £1. 17. 6d. for dismantling, reassembling and return carriage making £13 nett. You will see there is a difference of £2. 8. 6d. to be paid so that we shall be pleased if you will advise us if you consider this to be correct and also advise us the works order number to which it is to be allocated.
