Flywheel and clutch. RR. Schemes 149-159

1. Flywheel - friction face scored. Signs of flywheel fidgeting on crank flange. Most of the teeth on the starter ring are damaged, several rather badly. The damage is most evident on the corner which is not radiused.

DIRECTION OF ROTATION

2. Pressure Ring - slightly scored on friction surface.

3. Ferodo friction disc is slightly scored one side only.

4. Rubber drive blocks are worn slightly and are a loose fit in consequence. Vee notches have been added on the outer radius of blocks and due to being left sharp at base of Vee the rubber shews signs of splitting from this point.

5. The contact pads at the inner ends of the clutch operating levers are rather badly worn. Two levers are much worse in this respect than the third. There is no adjustment for wear at this point.

6. Driving Piece C. 100488 shews signs of fidgeting in bore adjacent to splines. This is also apparent on the 1st. Motion Shaft which mates with above piece.
