New clips for the centralised chassis lubrication pipe on the front springs.

On the general arrangements we have shewn this pipe clipped to the front spring clip: on further consideration we think this may be unwise on account of possible movement, and suggest that two of these new clips - one at the end and one towards the middle - should be used to hold the pipe on.
