Bracebridge Street,
Birmingham.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 30th.inst. We appreciate your endeavour to lighten the filter and will test those we receive with the greatest avidity.

We think that the reduction in the width of the plates may give us just the necessary flow that we require.

Have you considered making a drawn duralumin bowl for this filter to be used by customers who dislike the glass? Breakage certainly seems to be a serious problem.

Yours faithfully,
