Examination of the cutout on chassis 79-AO and a potential issue with the flexible conductor.

On the cutout which we had for examination from 79-AO, we noticed that the flexible conducting the current to the moving cutout lever was on the stiff side and could actually be made to cause a difference in the cutting in point by being displaced.
