EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} : X4421 BY1-P3.11.35. X. 4421 CHASSIS 79.A.O. CUT-OUT. The above car is apparently a 20HP. The position is that the Works were using wire taken from the armouring of old cables, the reason for this being that originally the flexible pigtails were not delivered in time and it was agreed to fit up some more of the Cut-outs with the material referred to. We would draw Mr Brock's attention to the fact that the correct flexible for this connection is in the Stores and have assured ourselves that nothing but the material ordered for this purpose is being used.
