RECEIVED 31 JUL 1931

26-EX.

I am informed on the 'phone this afternoon that his work on this car will be finished about 6 p.m. to-day. I have informed him that as the trial run with Lord Londesborough has been postponed from to-morrow until Monday the car can be available from first thing to-morrow morning in order that the test can be made by you, and any difference there may be in the running or steering of the car resulting from the removal of the weight of the spare wheels from rear to the sides as set out in my PN.{Mr Northey}1/WT25.6.31.

It should be noted please that there is a trial run in London at 9 a.m. on Saturday, consequently the car should be despatched to Lillie Hall in a condition for <del>giving a trial run, so that it should arrive sometime during Friday</del> <del>Saturday</del> evening.

Stanbridge, whom it is hoped will bring GNS-5 to the Works this evening should remain to bring 26-EX back to London. In the event of his failing to arrive, then some other driver will have to bring the car down instead.

PN.{Mr Northey}
