Accompanying is one of the standard mascots on a proposed new type of fixing. Would you please put this on to a car and give an opinion.

The idea of the new method of mounting is -

(1) To enable the mascot to be swivelled so that if it should come in the wrong position at any time after screwing up, it can be easily straightened.

(2) When the bonnet is opened, if the wings of the mascot interfere, it can be twisted round out of the way and then replaced.

The alteration also embodies an improvement in the base of the mascot itself. It has not been possible to effect this on this particular specimen.

In the case of this specimen, the friction holding the mascot on to its seat appears to be a little too much.
