Confirming our discussion on the results obtained it was agreed that in order to ascertain whether any still further improvement could be obtained you would instruct :- (a) A new armature having 8 turns per coil of 17 SWG wire with the slots shortened to suit, thus giving a better iron circuit through the armature teeth. (b) A new set of poles with a standard core section of iron but with the pole tip dia to suit the new car-case.
