Dear Spurrier,

You will remember that a few weeks ago you promised to come down here to have a look at Crewe and one or two of our other activities, and you also said you would stay the night with me.

I can imagine that you are very busy but as the weather at present is not particularly good for either sailing or shooting I suggest that you might make an effort and come and see us.

I understand that the aluminium cylinder block is on it's way and I am looking forward to examining it.
