(5). OIL SUMP INDICATOR.

We have decided to release the indicator working on the top half of the crankcase.

(6). RADIATOR FILLER.

This has already been released by an earlier instruction, the type being that made for the Bakelite filler cap.

(7). BONNET.

This has already been released with RR. hinge and the bonnet sheet produced in the usual gauge.

(8). REAR SPRINGS.

These have already been released, and are to be made by Firths in accordance with BY/Mtn.3/W.24.1.38.

(9). PEDALS.

These to be released with rubber rings of varying thickness, fitted round the pedal plate stem to act as a stop.

(10). REAR ROLL RODS AND DAMPERS.

These are already released in accordance with those fitted to 26-G-V1.

(11). FRONT & REAR BRAKES. FRONT & REAR HUBS.

Already released in accordance with Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale}4/MH.{M. Huckerby}28.1.38. This memo instructs the tipping shoe.

(12). FRONT BUMPERS.

These are bought out, and a price will be given for which these can be bought in the course of a few days.

(13). UNDERSHEETS.

These can be released for all chassis to the new scheme with provision made for drain plugs in the new position to clear the rear engine suspension member.

(14). ENGINE MOUNTING.

As we see no other means of supporting the engine the
