AUTOMATIC DAMPER CONTROL FOR THE 20/25.

In order that we may be able to bring in the automatic dampers as soon as our experiments are completed, we should like the gearboxes on the 20/25 to be arranged so that they will take the governor unit of the change speed mechanism. We understand that R.R.sch. 237 incorporates both the improvement to the change speed and the facing, and we should therefore be obliged if you would instruct.
