(2) Assuming that a standardisation sheet for the .940 worm is completed in 6 weeks time, when would the first production car be produced with this type of steering?

If it is a fact that the Works can fit the .720 worm as quickly as the .940, it is not Mr. Royce's wish that we should proceed with the .940 for production cars.

The improvement in the steering with the .940 worm will be considerably less than the improvement we obtain with the .720.
