Pedals.

19. We suggest FB.3390/1 Washers called for on F.CD.259 be deleted and the collar increased in size.

20. The brake and clutch pedal holders are machined to .493 dia. at front end; we recommend the deletion of this operation.

21. Suggest the clutch and brake pedal holders be produced in S/M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore}

22. Scheme F.CD.259 does not permit removal of gearbox from chassis without dismantling pedals, on account of fouling between clutch pedal and clutch casing. Suggest a modification to eliminate this necessity.

Gearbox, etc.

23. No studs are called for to secure inspection cover on side of box, and for disc damper.

24. The lockwashers on the outside of box are generally unsightly and dangerous.

25. The position of Selector Lock GB.2950 on Selector Shaft GB.2953 is not correct.

26. We suggest that KB.354 Stud between gearbox and clutch casing be replaced by a bolt.

27. The Locating Screw GB.3088 for reverse shaft bush is too short.

28. Suggest GB.3321 Taper Pin for oil scoop be replaced by a standard pin.

29. GB.3094 Adjusting Washer is not thick enough to cover maximum possible clearance.

30. Suggest the oil groove in the ball race diameter on GB.2910 1st Motion Shaft be deleted.

31. Suggest that GB.2866 and 2876 Operating Pins be drilled at each end to facilitate riveting.
