| 246 Experimental Dept. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Les.19/JH. 24th November, 1936. The English Steel Corporation, Vickers Works, Sheffield. For the attention of Mr. Gray. Dear Sirs, Referring to the special road springs FW.756 which you are producing for us. I have left a telephone message for Mr. Webster this afternoon asking for the poundage of these springs to be 1100 lbs. rather than 1050 lbs. This is, provided the production of the springs is not already too far advanced. In any case we shall not worry about a fine limit for poundage. I hope so far everything is progressing satisfactorily If you have not already received the lubricators, these will arrive very shortly. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. | ||
