We were very surprised to have your opinion that the coefficient of friction shewn by the non-metallic "Halo III" shoes which you recently tested was as high as .5. This is entirely foreign to our experience with this type of material, and we would confirm the arrangement made at the time that you should return one of these shoes to us at your convenience, in order that we may make a check test.
