H.R 235 B (2000 Skt 68, 22-5-19) G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} 2376 Contd. -2- EH13/B20314. X664 They do not advise celluloid batteries because of the danger of fire. Mr. Rushmore laid stress on the point that there is a big reduction in the efficiency of a battery as the temperature drops, he says that at zero it is only 47%. The Bijur set weighs, dynamo 32 lbs., motor 29½ lbs. battery 60 lbs. The Rushmore, 37 lbs. dynamo, motor 29 lbs., battery 60 lbs. We are testing both of these sets and will report later how they work in practice. EH. | ||
