14. Clutch withdrawal bearing seized up. The scheme to overcome this GSD.824, will be required.
15. Clutch slip prevents restart on 1 in 4 gradient possibly due to deficiency in withdrawal bearing.
16. Steering wheel in wrong spoke position.
17. Excessive friction in steering.
18. Softer bump buffers required front and rear. These are on order.
19. Car heater very noisy.
20. Water boiled in traffic (Air 21°C) with standard Bentley fan. wraith fan or flexible fan will be required.
21. Starting handle bracket FOD.849 bent out of line by fog lamp so that handle will not enter.
22. Nearside silentbloc bearing under front pan requires centralising.
23. Dipper footswitch does not foul floorboard and much too far away from clutch pedal.
24. Dynamo not charging.
25. Thermostatic starting carburetter not wired up. We understand that this wiring has not been detailed.
26. Petrol warning lamp did not light with gauge reading zero.
27. Standard box spanner will not go on No.5 spark plug owing to foul with thermostat pocket.
28. Hole in frame requires to be enlarged when gearbox is removed to give better access to servo adjusting nut and to enable cam to be removable through hole.
29. The nearside rear brake cross rod was bent where it emerges from the Girling expander housing. This can only occur before the axle is mounted if the rod is pulled round sideways before the other end has been attached to the equalizer.
