| TERMS OF BUSINESS. The “INSTARTER” is supplied on the following Conditions and the acceptance of the goods implies agreement thereto. 1. The purchaser agrees not to list, sell, factor or change the “INSTARTER” at a lower price than that fixed by the Company from time to time, and will not grant to private customers any trade or cash discount or any other reduction off their fixed price. 2. In the event of the purchaser reselling to trade customers an understanding will be obtained from the said customers as per condition No. 1. 3. In the event of the purchaser or their customers selling the “INSTARTER” at a figure less than the fixed retail price, the purchaser agrees to pay Messrs. E.D. Motors, Limited, a sum of 5/- as liquidated damage, and not as a penalty, in respect of each and every “INSTARTER” sold below the said retail price. 4. The purchaser agrees not to export any “INSTARTER” to any country outside of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. We do not hold ourselves responsible for any damage done in transit and in the event of breakage immediate claim should be made on the carrier. AGENTS' DISCOUNTS.
