RE. SHELL LUBRICATING OIL. X.1588 X.2189

With reference to our conversation this morning, I attach a copy of Lappin's note with respect to this matter.

I explained to BJ. the points with regard to this and he asked that we should first find out whether Mr. Royce would agree to use the Oil if the tests proved satisfactory, the point being that the oil is a mineral oil.
