Dear Clowes,

Replying to your letter of the 26th inst, I have been in touch with our Repair Dept, and they inform me that if you will let them have your car for say one day a month, they will do all the necessary greasing and oiling, and also let you know if anything else wants doing. Generally speaking they say they would not require notice to do this.

With regard to the cost this of course would be a small item, but they would be able to let you know exactly if you would let them have the chassis number of your car. The reason for this is that all the latest cars are fitted with the one-shot lubrication scheme which means that they require no hand greasing.

Will you please get in touch with Mr.Haywood of our Repair Dept. when your car arrives, when he will be able to give you any further information on the subject which you may require.

Yours sincerely,
