Dear Sirs,

Re Starter Motor.

On some of your starter motor systems you have a special electrical arrangement for the windings and a special switch, enabling a slow speed to be obtained until the bendix gets full into gear, after which the full power is put on. This we had experience of on a small Humber car recently in our possession and it appeared to us quite a satisfactory arrangement in practice.

We are anxious to know if this arrangement can conveniently be tried on the three motors which you are making up for us and for which we hope shortly now to supply you with the most recent armature shafts.

Yours faithfully,
