-3- Rear Seats. Cushion and squab to have spring cases and the cushion to have a Laytex overlay. Rear squab board to have an anatomical shape as shown on our LeC.5116. Luggage. The rear flap of the boot to fold down to form a luggage carrier as shown on our LeC.5116, and to be closed by Silent Travel catches centrally operated. No separate interior dust door to be provided. The rear boot lid{A. J. Lidsey} to be dust and water-proof. Tail Lamp and Number Plate. Cornercroft latest pattern internally illuminated tail lamp, stop lamp, reverse lamp and number plate. The reverse lamp to have a 3 amps. bulb and to have a mauve tell-tale lamp on the instrument board. Scuttle Attachment and Body Mounting. The body and dash to be semi-isolated by means of the Rolls-Royce semi-isolation scheme, and the body to be mounted on the chassis by the approved system using Silentbloc bushes. Instrument Board. Plywood board with veneered face of standard design with Rolls-Royce type of extra switches suitably engraved. The instrument board must allow of the steering column being set in its highest position of adjustment. Screen Wiper. Dual Klaxon in bottom of screen rail with maximum angle of wipe. Screen wiper capping to be cut up between the wiper box to give the greatest ease of vision to the instruments. Steps. Platform steps to be of sheet steel with a tread of corrugated sheet rubber as approved by Sales. Back Light. Back light of toughened Triplex 3/16ths. ins. thick. Rear blind to back light of self closing type. Flush fitting control to be provided in the off-side cantrail of the driving compartment. | ||
