Sch. 2684 it would appear that the front cross member which has been instructed is being revised, as apparently you have moved the front cross member a considerable distance forward of the position previously instructed. We have of course issued full instructions to the Experimental Department embodying the front cross member previously instructed, as shown on N. Sch. 2428.
