The ration of the worm gearing will require altering so as to make the overall ratio about 100 to 1, and the hand winding ratio about 12 to 1. We also attach herewith Mr. Royce's letter to the Technical Dept: of the Air Board (R3/G10718) We should be glad if you would forward this letter to the department indicated, together with a blue print of LeC.968. It will be unnecessary to send any other blue print but LeC.968 since the contents of the letter in question do not mention the features which the other drawings will shew. Enclosures:- LeC.968/9.
