Description: WRAITH STEERING GEAR.
Purpose: To give lighter steering with 6.50 tyres.
Brief Report and Remarks:
Has already done 5300 miles in England on 6.B.IV and is approved subject to 15,000 miles in France before coming on to production.
Has been approved by Sales.
When recommended for Introduction: 1st. in M Series.

Wraith type steering can be introduced without Scrap at the 1st. chassis in 'M' Series and involved a tool cost of £185.0.0d. This outlay will be recovered by the 90th. chassis in 'M' series due to the reduction in factory cost of £2.0.8d. per chassis provided by the new steering box. RHC.{R. H.
