(9) Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} to see HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} re test cutting off water from exhaust manifolds required by Std.
(10) Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} to look into the question of the new manifold for the Continental P.III if this is justified by test bed results.
(11) Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} to rectify 37-EX steering, and report as to why it is abnormal. stat friction.
(12) Mths.{Reg Matthews} to obtain all available information with regard to P.III. cylinder bore wear up to date, and to give recommendations for cheaper cylinder liners. ✓
(13) Ll.Smith to instruct clutch with increased travel for 35-EX and urge necessary pieces. ✓
(14) Mths.{Reg Matthews} - Aerolite and T.slot pistons to be tested on the Continental P.III. unit to see if anything better than standard can be discovered for power. ✓
(15) Martindale to ensure that improved hand brake leverage fitted to 37-EX. ✓
(16) GR.{George Ratcliffe} Completion of road test on 32-EX - 4 port carburetter system. ✓
(17) Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} to urge BP. for delivery of American P.III valve springs to run on test bed and allot most satisfactory springs to 35-EX 15,000 mile test. ✓
(18) Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} At the completion of existing tests 32-EX to be handed to Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} to make this into a really smooth and silent car.

Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} will get out a list of experiments in hand, and Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} will submit a programme which should include engine mounting work.
(19) Ll.Smith should investigate Mx{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer}'s complaint re couplings out of balance and recommend a means of dynamically balancing these on production and rectifying out of balance when discovered.
